Parenting children raises lots of questions.
Parenting an autistic child raises even more.

It doesn’t have to be that way.
With the right information and support there’s no reason you and your child can’t be leading fulfilling and happy lives.
Here at DreamBox Education we will help you…

No one plans for autism
It’s likely not something you imagined when you thought of your child’s future. You might have known very little about it until now. So, feeling lost and unsure of how to support them is natural. It doesn’t make you a bad parent.
Autism is a developmental disability
It affects how your child experience the world around them.
Autistic people
- Think differently
- Process senses differently
- Move differently
- Communicate differently
- Socialise differently
The key to knowing how to support them is to develop your understanding of how an autistic child sees the world.

Hi, I'm Tasha.
Founder and owner of DreamBox Education.
I’m a neurodiversity affirming SEN teacher and family coach.
I believe that everyone has a right to achieve their potential and to live life in all it’s fullness no matter what!
After spending 10 years as a classroom teacher, in both mainstream and special school, I realised to see autistic children thriving and not just surviving there needed to be help for their whole support network.
Most importantly, you, their parents.
Because there is no one that will be there for a child more than a parent.

So in December 2015 I stepped out of the classroom and into family homes as I launched DreamBox Education and boy what a fantastic journey it’s been.
It’s an honour to journey alongside each family. To see the children’s achievements, from saying their first word to passing exams. To witness parents growing in confidence as they raise and advocate for their children. But most importantly to see them not just surviving but thriving.
